Life Changing
My name is Karen; I would like to share with everyone my experience I've had at your spa. I contacted the spa in March of 09; I was able to speak with Megan-Estician/Owner. Megan and I spoke for sometime on the phone; I took her advice and scheduled and appointment. I had 2 concerns; #1 was treating my Rosacea a (skin condition) diagnosed in my early 20's. 2# was to slow down the aging process, now that I am in my Forties.
The day of my appointment, I was greeted by Angela the Estician. While receiving my facial Angela explained the products she was using and discussed other treatments that could improve my skin. What a treat! Then, I was given a "free" 2 week trail sample kit of the facial line to take home and use. I was instructed to use faithfully. To my surprise having only used the products for 1 week I was thrilled. I went back and purchased the complete line. (reasonably priced) These products have changed my life. When, I use the "Melt Away Cleanser" it smells so good it takes me to a happy place. (Corny I know)
I find my self looking in the mirror, wow is this my skin. I love my skin, it's glowing and all those other fabulous things. Your products have turned my life around, thanks again for your help and the products you provide.
I'll be seeing you in May 09.

Now A Believer!
Thank you for the very BEST facial I have ever received! Selena took her time to make certain that I understood how to best take care of my skin as well as explore my concerns and possible solutions. The gift bag with Novita skin care products was an added bonus and I've been using the products and loving them! I've never explored mineral makeup before and after the application at the end of my facial....I'm now a believer! Thanks so much to the staff...and I will definitely be back!

Most Wonderful Massage Ever!!!By.........
I came to Novita Spa for the first time two weeks ago. I absolutely loved my Therapeutic Massage by Katelynn. She is new to the Spa and pretty new to massage. If she wouldn't have told me that I would have thought she had been doing massage for years. Her touch is wonderful. I would most definitely recommend her to any one seeking a massage. I loved the checkout area. It had many things to look at. And I am looking forward to the new spa being opened hopefully soon.

Very Relaxing
Today was my first experience at Novita. At first I was confused by the location and the 'trip' upstairs although, I quickly over-came this confusion and was completely relaxed. The music was at a nice level, the magazines were not from the 1980's and everyone was very adept at taking care of anything I might have needed. I would have liked some more lighting when picking out my nail colour although in the end I was very pleased. I feel that the personal room for the pedicures is a very wonderful experience compared to the cramped, cheap, unfriendly salons. The nail technician was also able to converse with me very easily as opposed to the language barrier usually experienced at the salons previously mentioned. I did not feel as though I was 'pitched' to buy products and was very impressed with the overall experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Novita Spa for any relaxational needs. I drove from North Austin and would happily do so again to go to Novita.

Wonderful 1st Time Massage
This was my first massage experience and I was very impressed with everthing I saw and experienced at Novita Spa. I went for a 30 minute massage and just couldn't believe how relaxed I was afterwards. This was in early summer, and the property that was set up for spa services was actually a few doors down from the storefront location. Apparently they are remodeling. But the way the rooms were set up in this 'temporary location' was very relaxing and elegant. I can only imagine the finished location will be even more impressive.

Teen Facial/Photo facials
The staff at Novita are friendly, customer service oriented and informative. My son has been recieving the Teen Facial packages and the results are amazing. The sensitivity the staff at Novita Spa concerning his self conscience about his problem has helped him enormously as well. I have been recieving the photo facials and am excited about the changes I have seen even after the first one. Wonderful products that don't irritate the skin as well as resonable prices will keep my family coming back!

Great Anniversary Gift
I chose to get Spa Treatments for my husband and I for our 11 year anniversary. He was very hesitant in going...but went anyway. He came out feeling so relaxed and comfortable that he had to go to the coffee shop next door to wake up! Selenne was very professional and gave us a wealth of knowledge about our skin. I will definitely come back and try different treatments. And my husband even said he would too!!

Staff Very Friendly and Helpful
Spent a lovely morning this week at a Hostess Party at the Spa. We were treated to all kinds of pampering and we all left looking and feeling 100% better!

Make an Appointment Today!
What to say first? I'm not a glamorous woman so I felt very self conscious even calling for an appointment. The atmosphere was soothing and the staff warm and friendly. I had a wonderful facial, was given instruction on how best to take care of my acne, and left with a spring in my step. That's exactly what a spa's supposed to do! I felt confident that I was in the presence of professionals who actually enjoyed their work. The 14 day skincare sample you leave with keeps you wanting more. I've never looked or felt so good - even with a breakout! I can't wait for my next visit!

Awesome Photo Facial and Spa!
On my first visit to Novita, I had a mineral makeup application, which was very informative. It was a great way to learn about my skin, how the Novita products work, and the benefits of mineral makeup. I never felt pressured to buy anything and the entire staff was friendly. I would recommend the mineral makeup to everyone. I have rosacea and was amazed at the coverage of the mineral products and how light and wonderful they felt at the same time! My next two visits to the spa were for photo facials with Angela. She is wonderful! She immediately made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable and helpful! The facials are awesome, and I've already booked my next one! After my first facial I received the "14 Day Miracle Experience Bag" I took it home and for the next 14 days used the products. I can honestly say that my skin has improved tremendously! I am convinced that these products and the photo facials work! I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to use the products! The spa is very cozy and comfortable and such a lovely place to be pampered. I plan to try all of their services and would recommend them to anyone!

Best Spa Around
Received the photo facial with Angela she was super. She was very skilled and informative. Novita's Spa was an overall amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly and I definitely recommend trying it out. You will not be disappointed.

Tanning!
After my great experience with my facial and massage, I decided to come back for their new airbrush tanning. I tried those booth kind of tanning, and I turned orange and my fingernails were brown. Not what I had in mind for a "tan". Completely not the case at Novita. The tanning technichian made me feel completely comfortable even though I'm not thrilled with my body. It was very quick, maybe 20 mins start to finish and I came out looking like I had been in Hawaii all summer. It lasted for an entire 7 days and didn't fade funny, but naturally. And the best part was that I was TAN not orange. I am definitely a repeat after this!
