Thank you for choosing The Novitá Spa on The Georgetown Square. We know you have a choice of spas and we appreciate your choosing ours.
We look forward to treating you with all of your facial, body,
massage, spa manicure & pedicure needs.
Please review our policies below.
Reservations
Reservations are booked by phone or in person only
To ensure your desired treatment be sure to book in advance
*Credit card or gift certificate numbers are
required to hold all appointments
Group Bookings
Groups of 3 or more should book appointments 2-3 weeks in advance of
desired date. A 20% booking fee will be charged the day appointments
are booked. If appointments need to be cancelled we ask for a full
weeks notice, if less then a 72 hour notice is given a
100% charge will be applied.
Cancellations
We have reserved a special time just for you with one of our therapists. If you need to cancel your appointment we require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
For same day cancellation a 50% charge of the total services will be applied to your credit card.
In the event that you do not arrive for your reserved time and have not given a notice, the full treatment price will be
charged for all time reserved.

Courtesies
As a courtesy to our spa guests the use of cellphones
and pagers are not permitted in the spa area
To enhance the quiet and relaxing environment of the spa
children under the age of 12 are not permitted in any spa service areas unless scheduled for an appointment
Payments
Novitá Spa on The Square accepts cash, check and the following credit cards:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by the spa staff.
Gratuities can be applied to the credit card or check payment for service.
Suggested spa gratuity is 18%.
*All prepaid services and series programs are non refundable*
Monday thru Friday there is a 2 hour parking limit on The Square,
complimentary all day parking passes will be given
at the front desk
Saturday is unlimited parking throughout the area
Please check in at the Novitá Spa reception desk in our Boutique
A spa coordinator will escort you to the spa area
where your service will begin
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first visit with us
This is to fill out a profile of information and to prepare for your appointment
If you are running late, we appreciate being notified of the delay
In consideration of other guests your treatment will end at the
scheduled time or we may need to reschedule your appointment
if you arrive 15 minutes or later
Gift Certificates are non refundable but can be used towards
other treatments or products.
Gift Certificates are transferable to another party.
Men should shave in advance of facials, but not immediately
before the facial to prevent skin irritation
Shaving immediately before body scrubs or wrap treatments is not recommended
Eating immediately prior to massage is not recommended
