The Gold Key Club

To me the "real" definition of the word spa is a Special Pampering Attitude that is conveyed to each guest from the moment that they are greeted to when they leave the spa. When I knew in my spirit that I was to build a spa I knew irregardless of when I did it or where it was or how it looked, I knew that it was going to be a true sanctuary for my guests.

My intent is that it brings Harmony, Balance, and Integrity to each and every guest's life that joins us.

The Novitá Spa on the Square was launched July 1st, 2005 in the Historic Gold's Building that was owned by Harry Gold and his family for many years. One of Harry's favorite sayings was "we're only a conversation away". Harry was always there for his customers. Carrying on in that tradition is our heartfelt goal and pledge to everyone who joins us at The Novitá Spa on The Square. In honor of Harry Gold the Gold Key Club for treasured clients has been introduced.

Novitá is an Italian word and it means New Birth, New Life, Something New. At the Novitá Spa, we will be continually doing just that. We will be striving to give you products and services that have superior performance and integrity. My intent is to build a relationship with each and every guest, that intent goes beyond my aesthetic work. The relationship will bridge to all other spa technicians and their services, The Novitá Spa Clinical products, all events, seminars, and desires that you may have to use The Novitá Spa on The Square for your personal use.

I think of country clubs and private clubs that I have been introduced to in my life. They were places that special events and activities were held. You always were made to feel special. When you became a member you were privy to all that the respective club offered. I would now like to invite you to become a member of our special club created out of love, respect, and a desire to serve each and every one of you.
